Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide details regarding the reason for your return.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original shipping crate or box, ensuring all original cables, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Insured Shipping
Ship the package back to our service center using a tracked and insured courier service; please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians have inspected the unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5 business days.
